SHIPPING
Ilse Britt ships from Los Angeles, CA via USPS Priority or Priority Express mail with insurance. If you prefer an alternative method of shipping please contact us at orders@ilsebritt.com
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Free shipping for orders over $250.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. A tracking number is emailed upon shipment. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times and we are unable to guarantee same-day processing.
Once an item has shipped, Ilse Britt assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. All claims should be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Ilse Britt. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Ilse Britt is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. By subscribing to our newsletter, we will keep you updated on when this option is available.
